Run Routes
We meet every Saturday at 7.30am at the location that is specified in the weekly email you will receive each Monday.

Depending on the distance you choose to run on the day, your "km" turnaround cones will be out on the course. The distance options are outlined in the weekly email. Example: if you are running 10km, you will turn around at the 5km marker. The majority of our courses are out and back courses. Occassionally you will be running to time, so you will need a watch, again -  details are outlined in each weekly newsletter.

Road Safety
As we will be running in groups, it is vital that you are aware of the key safety rules when running around the streets. The roads are always open you must follow the road rules 100% of the time.  You are responsible for your own safety.  When you join Saturday Runners you will be asked to read our road and personal safety information and sign a waiver acknowledging you understand and will abide by these.

Our coaches will be at every run. Their job is to encourage and motivate the group as a whole.  They are there to answer any questions you may have about your running.
