Over the last three weeks I've had a similar experience when coaching two different runners, both runners said to me at some stage in their run - 'I'm just having a bad day today'.
In this Extra Mile Education I want to share with you how I was able to guide them to a place where they shifted away from their bad place and towards a place where they ended up nailing their run.
