Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Course Description:
All roads are open. Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

 

  • Use the zebra crossing to crossover Lyall Parade carefully so you are n the seaside pathway.  

  • Follow the pathway towards Houghton Bay until your turnaround marker or turnaround time. 

  • KM markers out: 1km*, 3.75km, 5km
     

Club10k Advanced: 12km runners
You have 2 sections to your run:
Section 1: Do out and back to 5km marker towards Houghton Bay
Section 2: Once back at the start, turnaround and do an ‘out and back’ to 1km marker in same direction towards Houghton Bay
